KF2 Desolation Collectibles: Hologram Locations

The author took the screenshots while playing as a level 25 Berserker, on Hard for once instead of Normal, and had Hans right behind them when they found the hologram in the mess. Two readers helped with extra locations (Toy Elf and Bro Bike), and BlackMilk's video guides were a major help. The collectibles are holograms, and the section names follow the "You are my Only Hope" theme.
