KF2 Medic Dosh Trick: Earn Money by Healing Teammates

A very short community tip on earning dosh in Killing Floor 2 as a Medic: healing teammates pays you.

How to do it

Press 4 to equip the syringe healer, then left click on a teammate while they are at low health. Healing other players rewards the healer with dosh, so a Medic who keeps the team topped up funds new weapons without picking up a single extra kill.

Tips

• Heal teammates who are actually hurt; the lower their health, the more useful the heal.
• The syringe recharges over time, so use it whenever someone is wounded rather than saving it.
• Healing also keeps the team alive, which is the real prize; the dosh is a bonus.
