Gridlock Buster
You are the newest cadet of the Central Bureau of Traffic Control. Cars pour through one, two or four intersections and you switch the signals, first by clicking an intersection, later by programming the red time of every street on a remote control. Every car that gets through scores up to 100 points, waiting cars fill the frustration meter, and a full meter ends the level. Eight levels with a talkative commander, bronze, silver and gold medals and saved scores.
How to play
Mouse or touch only. Manual levels: click or tap an intersection to switch its signal. Programmed levels: click an intersection to select it, then use the arrows on the remote (bottom right) to set the red time of each street and Override to switch it at once. Top bar: pause, sound, show signal timers, quit; click the portrait for hints. Dialogue: Next, Skip, Menu.
Click the game first so it gets the keyboard. P or Esc pauses; the speaker button in the corner mutes the sound.
