Submachine 1: the Basement

The first Submachine point-and-click escape: explore a strange basement of linked rooms, collect items, fit them into machines and find the way out.

How to play

Mouse or touch only: click doors, ladders and objects to move and pick things up; click an inventory item to take it, click again to put it back or use it on an object.

Click the game first so it gets the keyboard. P or Esc pauses; the speaker button in the corner mutes the sound.
