KF2 Fleshpound: Shots to Kill per Weapon on HoE
A player counted how many shots it takes to kill a Fleshpound (the guide calls it a "Flashpound") on Hell on Earth with the weapons of each perk. All numbers come from game version 1032, so they are a snapshot of early Killing Floor 2 balance. For the monster itself see Fleshpound specimen files.
How to read the tables: Body = shots to the torso, Head = shots to the head. Skills are given per tier as the left or right choice. The tester used a perk level suited to each class and played on HoE.

Takeaways
- Heavy single-hit weapons (RPG-7, Pulverizer, .500 Revolver, Eviscerator blade) are by far the most efficient; light pistols and SMGs need hundreds of hits, so stun and kiting matter more than raw ammo.
- Headshots cut the shots required to about a third for most ballistic weapons.
- Grenades are a cheap emergency tool for every perk except Berserker, who needs many more.
FAQ
- How many bullets does a Fleshpound take on Hell on Earth?
- It depends heavily on the weapon: from 38 body shots with a Desert Eagle to 233 with the 9mm pistol or 326 with the HMTech-201 SMG, so heavy weapons and headshots matter.
- Do headshots kill it faster?
- Yes. In the test a headshot needs roughly a third of the body-shot count, for example 12 head versus 38 body shots with the Desert Eagle.
