KF2 AFK XP and Prestige Farm on Killbox with Autoclickers

Killing Floor 2 rewards leveling, but grinding every perk to level 25 by hand is dull, and doing it for all perks and prestige is worse. This guide shows a setup that earns XP while you are away from the keyboard. At level 25 you can prestige, which grants dosh toward a crate, a themed skin for the perk (from a knife up to the strongest weapon) and a higher class medal. The maximum prestige is 5, and the top class medal is gold. For a faster, active method see boss rush farm.

Which perks suit this method

Perks differ in their grenades: some only deal damage, others add an effect (the Berserker pulse, the Sharpshooter freeze). Perks with strong damage grenades level well alone:

• Support
• Commando
• Firebug
• Demolitionist
• Field Medic
• Survivalist

Perks whose grenades do little damage kill far fewer Zeds and level many times slower:

• Berserker
• Sharpshooter
• SWAT (50/50)
• Gunslinger

For these, the author advises playing on a server with other people and combining grenades with players from the first list.

The map

SuperPerkTraining is a well known XP map, but it is not "super" and farming automatically there is hard. The author considers Killbox the best choice: you can die only because of how the game works, and it has zones that need no protection.

The original "Killbox v2019" is marked "incompatible with Killing Floor 2" but works, if the first one does not. A server running this map is at 217.170.203.94:7797 and can also be found in the server browser. Some perks need other players to level properly, which is why a server is the better place.

Setup

Start the game, choose the map, Endless mode and Hell on Earth difficulty. On spawn, climb to the very top and stand in the corner as shown.

Stand in the top corner (the "igloo" spot), where the Patriarch is least able to push you with his attacks.

Stand up, look down and start throwing grenades.

When a boss spawns, game physics seem to break: grenades can fly in another direction or stay in place, so you may hurt yourself. If your perk has no immunity to its own grenades, pick up armor and heal occasionally so you do not die and waste time.

Autoclickers

In the controls settings bind comfortable keys for throwing a grenade and skipping the trader. Download a keyboard autoclicker; the author uses one that can be opened twice and needs no license. It is possible to combine it with a mouse clicker. You need two keys pressed constantly.

Two copies of an auto keyboard tool, one for each key, with start/stop hotkeys (F5 and F4) and a 50 ms delay.

On first launch click the "S" button in the top-left corner and change the mode so the clicker can run twice. Assign your keys and the start hotkeys. After you press the start hotkeys, grenades are thrown forever and the trader is skipped forever.

Getting more

The above is enough to take any perk to maximum prestige, but more Zeds means faster XP. You can raise the Zed count with Controlled Difficulty.
