Repeatable Quests, Levels 1-9
17 newbie quests, from Bring Wolf Pelts to Skirmish with the Werewolves
Repeatable quests in the starting areas are the easiest way to earn adena and supplies in the first levels. You can take them again and again: the NPC asks for a set number of trophies from mobs near the village and pays for every turn-in. Many of these quests are available to one race only - this is noted for each quest. The data reflects Chronicle 4: Scions of Destiny; a specific reward is given only where the quest text names it.

Level 3-5 quests
Bring Wolf Pelts
Sir Windawood has ordered the newly appointed Archon to raise a militia to protect Talking Island and placed a large order for leather armor with Trader Lector. Lector is a great tailor but short of materials. The quest starts with Trader Lector at level 3, no restrictions. Hunt wolves in the Eastern Territory of Talking Island, collect 40 Wolf Pelt and bring them to Lector.
Keen Claws
Trader Payne has invented hooked arrows tipped with wolf claws - very effective in sieges - and Sir Kiel Nighthawk has ordered a large batch. The quest starts with Trader Payne at level 3. Hunt ashen wolves and goblins in Shilen's Garden, collect 50 Wolf Claw and return to Payne.
Pleas of Pixies
Keltirs and wolves in the Elven Forest have grown unusually large and are devouring nesting birds, so the Pixy Queen is preparing a special spell against them. The quest starts with Pixy Murika at level 3, Elves only. In the Shadow of the Mother Tree hunt young red keltirs, red keltirs, elder red keltirs and gray wolves and collect 100 Predator's Fang. Murika rewards you with a sparkling stone found in the forest.
Wrath of Verdure
Treant Bremec, a forest spirit, is tormented by goblins who have invaded his woods and started logging. The quest starts with Treant Bremec at level 4; according to the database it is for Orcs only. Kill goblin raiders in the Shadow of the Mother Tree and return the Goblin Club they stole to Bremec for a reward.
Proof of Valor
Praetorian Rukain treats young Orcs like children and demands that would-be Orc Fighters prove their valor. The quest starts with Praetorian Rukain at level 4, Orcs only. Hunt kasha wolves in Hero's Valley, collect 50 Kasha Wolf Fang and return to Rukain for your Proof of Valor.
Revenge of the Redbonnet
As a child, Maryse Redbonnet barely escaped being eaten by wolves, and her family was not so lucky - she has sworn revenge on all wolves. The quest starts with Maryse Redbonnet at level 4. Hunt black wolves around the village in Frozen Valley, collect 40 Black Wolf Pelt and take them to Maryse. The reward is her grandmother's heirloom.
Wrath of Ancestors
Goblin grave robbers keep desecrating Utuku graves, and the ancestral spirits are angry. The quest starts with Seer Livina at level 5, Orcs only. Kill goblin grave robbers in Hero's Valley and goblin tomb raider leaders on the northern Immortal Plateau and collect 50 Grave Robber's Head - only then can Livina perform the ritual that calms the ancestors.
Brigands Sweep
Golden Wheel Guild convoys keep being raided by goblin bandits. The quest starts with Golden Wheel's Spiron at level 5, Dwarves only. Hunt goblin snoopers, goblin brigands, goblin brigand lieutenants, goblin brigand leaders and the goblin lord in the mountains, collect Goblin Necklace, Goblin Pendant and Goblin Lord Pendant and turn them in to Spiron for a reward.
While hunting you also find pieces of a memo. Reassembled, they form a Suspicious Contract between the Silver Scale Guild and a bandit. Both Elder Spiron of the Golden Wheel Guild and Balanki of the Silver Scale Guild will be interested in it; you can also just keep hunting.
Level 6-9 quests
The Guard is Busy
Talking Island has relaxed its immigration policy to shelter refugees from the Grecian War, and the people of Gludio are to be moved to the island, so it must be made safe. The quest starts with Captain Gilbert at level 6, no restrictions. Hunt orcs, orc archers, orc fighters, orc lieutenants, orc fighter leaders, werewolves, werewolf hunters and werewolf chieftains, and bring back Orc Amulet, Orc's Necklace and Werewolf's Fang as proof.
Hunt the Orcs
Kaboo orcs from the Misty Mountains are attacking the Elven Forest and have even slipped into the village. The Hierarch has ordered Sentinel Rayen to recruit warriors. The quest starts with Sentinel Rayen at level 6, Elves only. Kill Kaboo orcs and bring proof - Orc Amulet and Orc's Necklace.
Chains of Slavery
The imps, created to serve the Dark Elves, have broken the spell that bound them and fled into the woods. The Tetrarchs are preparing a spell to recapture them and need an imp shackle. The quest starts with Sentry Kristin at level 6, Dark Elves only. Kill imps and imp elders in Shilen's Garden and bring Kristin Imp Shackles.
Invaders of the Holy Land
Rakeclaw imps have invaded the Immortal Plateau, the Orcs' holy land. Someone controls them with witchcraft, and the soulstones in their hearts can reveal who. The quest starts with Atuba Chief Varkees at level 6, Orcs only. Kill rakeclaw imps and rakeclaw imp hunters in Hero's Valley and rakeclaw imp chieftains on the northern Immortal Plateau. They drop Black Soulstone and Red Soulstone; Varkees pays more for the red ones.
The Hidden Veins
Elder Filaur, an expert in construction and mining, has learned that orcs found a long-lost chrysolite mine. The quest starts with Gray Pillar's Filaur (Gray Column Guild) at level 6, Dwarves only. Hunt Utuku orcs and Utuku orc grunts in Frozen Valley and Utuku orc archers in the Western Mining Region:
- turn in Chrysolite Ore to Filaur for a reward;
- take the four map pieces (Torn Map Fragment) to Maphr Priestess Chichirin, who assembles them into a Hidden Ore Map;
- give the finished map to Filaur for a great reward.
Trade with the Ivory Tower
The Mystics of the Ivory Tower, long-time customers of Trader Vollodos, are looking for fungus spores from the Dark Forest. The quest starts with Trader Vollodos at level 8. Kill green fungi and blood fungi in the Dark Forest, collect 10 Spore Sac and take them to Vollodos in the Dark Elven Village.
Orc Subjugation
The Balor orcs, former slaves of the Dark Elves, have invaded the Dark Forest. The quest starts with Sentry Kayleen at level 8, Dark Elves only. Kill Balor orc archers, Balor orc fighters, Balor orc lieutenants and Balor orc fighter leaders in the Dark Forest and bring Kayleen proof - Orc Amulet and Orc's Necklace.
Collect Spores
The poisonous Sea of Spores, born of evil magic during the Great War over 2,000 years ago, is creeping toward the Elven Forest. The Elven Hierarchs are researching a neutralizer with Trader Herbiel and need spore powder. The quest starts with Trader Herbiel at level 8. Collect 10 Spore Sac from spore fungi in the Elven Forest and take them to Herbiel in the Elven Village.
Skirmish with the Werewolves
The Maraku werewolves killed the Paagrio Lord's messenger and sent back his head as their answer - war has been declared. The quest starts with Prefect Brukurse at level 9, Orcs only. Kill Maraku werewolves on the northern Immortal Plateau, collect 40 Maraku Werewolf Head and return to Brukurse.
