KF2 Personal Class Top: Sharpshooter, Field Medic, Support
This page is a translation of a short Russian Steam guide that lists the author's personal favorite perks in Killing Floor 2, with the weapons and skill builds the author picks. It is based on personal experience, and the author invites disagreement in the comments. For other opinions see KF2 class and weapon tier list (RU guide) and favorite classes: SWAT, Gunslinger, Demolitionist.

Sharpshooter
Sharpshooter perk icon.
The author rates the Sharpshooter alongside the ordinary shooter perk, and thinks combining a shooter with a Sharpshooter gives strong power against both small and large ZEDs. Small ZEDs die to a single headshot from a good sniper rifle. Big ones (Scrake and Fleshpound, "Butcher" and "Beater" in the Russian text) are handled one at a time with Cryo Grenades, aiming only at the head, since body shots waste ammo.
Weapons taken from the list:
M14 EBR.
FN FAL ACOG.
SPX 464 Centerfire.
The author's Sharpshooter skill build.
Verdict: a decent perk for one-shot kills.
Field Medic
Field Medic perk icon.
The Medic is the backbone of the team, few players understand this and rarely pick it, since everyone wants frags. The main job is to heal the team and kill small ZEDs from behind everyone; the Medic is not the tank.
Weapons taken:
HMTech-201 SMG.
Hemogoblin.
HMTech-401 Assault Rifle.
The author's Field Medic skill build.
Verdict: a necessary support on high difficulties.
Support
Support perk icon.
The name says it all: the Support backs up other strong perks, and handing out ammo to the team is also essential. It shoots large ZEDs well with shotguns and tears off heads cleanly.
Weapons taken:
M4 Combat Shotgun.
AA-12 Auto Shotgun.
Doomstick.
The author's Support skill build.
Verdict: this perk will always help other perks.
Conclusion
The author calls Killing Floor 2 one of the best meat-shredding shooters, on a par with Left 4 Dead 2.
