Lindvior
Clan search, dimensional sieges and the wind dragon
Lindvior is the third chapter of Goddess of Destruction, released in two parts: Lindvior part 1: Breath of Zephyr and Lindvior part 2: Lord of Zephyr. The chapter simplified finding a clan, added party adena distribution and cross-server dimensional sieges and brought new hunting zones for level 99 characters, including the raid on the Wind Dragon Lindvior.
The data reflects the Goddess of Destruction chapter 3 - Lindvior update (parts 1 and 2).
Clan search system
The system was added in Lindvior part 1: Breath of Zephyr.
- A character without a clan sees an icon that opens the clan search every time they log in. The search window can also be opened from the panel at the bottom of the screen or with Alt+X.
- The window lists clans looking for new members. After joining a clan, a clan info window opens and the bottom of the screen shows how many clan members are online.
For clans
- The clan posts an application to the candidate list, specifying the characters it needs.
- A waiting list is formed from online characters who want to join a clan; it can be filtered by the classes the clan needs.
- You can exchange private messages with players on the waiting list or send mail to a selected player.
For players
- The player picks the desired clan level (0 to 11) and clan type - PvP or PvE.
- You can search clans by name or view the full list of registered clans: name, alliance, level, focus, reputation and number of active members.
- After choosing a clan, the player simply applies to it.
Dimensional sieges
Lindvior part 2: Lord of Zephyr added cross-server dimensional sieges, held on a special server.
Participation
- Clans that own a castle on their home server are admitted. A clan with chaotic members is not allowed onto the server.
- At most 70 members of one clan can take part.
- Registration opens every Friday at 20:00 at the NPC Mermeden in the towns of Aden and Rune, who also transfers characters to the siege server.
Schedule
| Event | Time |
|---|---|
| Registration | Friday from 20:00 |
| Transfer to the siege server and preparation | Saturday, 18:00-22:00 |
| Siege of all nine castles | Saturday, 20:00-22:00 |
The source also mentions sieges on Sunday 20:00-22:00 and Saturday 18:00-22:00. You can return to your home server through Mermeden or by restarting the game.
Rules and rewards
- The siege rules are the same as on regular servers: clans choose the side of Light or Darkness and the castle they want. The reward depends on the level of the besieged castle.
- The basic compensation is an Order of Honor and a Black Anvil Dimensional Chest from the area administrator NPC; they contain various types of Elcyum.
- Asking an NPC for help during the siege rewards a Support Chest, which also contains Elcyum.
- The server whose clan took a castle receives the "Dimensional Aura" buff from the Dimensional Mage NPC: Atk. Spd. and Casting Spd. +10%, Speed +10, HP/MP/CP +10%. The buff is renewed daily at 6:30.
- The winning clan receives a special prize from Mermeden that grows with each week the castle is held:
| Week held | Reward |
|---|---|
| 1 | 5 Dark Eidios Enhancement Stones |
| 2 | 10 Dark Eidios Enhancement Stones |
| 3 | 20 Dark Eidios Enhancement Stones |
| 4 | 1 Dark Helios Enhancement Stone |
Adena distribution
The adena distribution system lets you split the adena earned from sold loot within a party or command channel.
- Click the yellow scales icon in the inventory window to open the adena distribution window.
- Enter the amount in the field or use the calculator.
- Specify how many players the adena is split between.
- Confirm the amount - every member of the party or raid receives their share.
