Test of the War Spirit - Mark of War Spirit Quest

Test of the War Spirit is one of the three mark quests for the second profession. The Mark of War Spirit is needed only by Orc shamans heading for Warcryer (Orc Shaman). The quest is available from level 39. The full list of marks by profession is in the overview Second Class Transfer Marks.

A Warcryer calls on the spirits of ancestors who fell in battle, so the candidate must recover the remains of four great warriors: Braki the Clever, Kiruna the Brave, Tonar the Super and Hermodt the Indomitable. Requirements

• Level: 39.
• Class: Orc Shaman.
• Starting NPC: Seer Somak, Dion.
• About 100,000 adena for teleports.
• Maps: Map: Elmore, Map: World.
• 20 Scrolls of Escape (just in case).
• A supply of Soulshots.

Walkthrough

1. Teleport to Dion. Find Seer Somak and talk to him.
2. Teleport to Giran and run to Death Pass. Find Shadow Orim, talk to him and receive Orim's Contract.
3. Use SoE, teleport to Dion and run to Cruma Tower. Teleport to the 1st floor of Cruma Tower. Hunt Excuro until you collect 10 Excuro's Scale.
4. Hunt Porta until you collect 10 Porta's Eye.
5. Hunt Mordeo until you collect 10 Mordeos Talon.
6. Use SoE, teleport to Giran and run to Death Pass. Talk to Shadow Orim and receive Braki's Remains1.
7. Use SoE, teleport to Dion, then Gludio. Find Seer Racoy, talk to him and receive Racoy's Totem.
8. In the church find Priestess Vivyan, talk to her and receive Vivyan's Letter.
9. Teleport to Gludin, then to the South Entrance to Wasteland. Find Trader Sarien, talk to him and receive the Insect Diagram Book.
10. Run to the Ant Nest. Hunt Noble Ant and Noble Ant Leader until you collect Kiruna's Skull, Kiruna's Rib Bone, Kiruna's Spine, Kiruna's Arm Bone and Kiruna's Thigh Bone.
11. Use SoE. Talk to Seer Racoy and receive Kiruna's Remains1.
12. Teleport to Dion, Giran, then Oren. Find Seer Pekiron, talk to him and receive Pekiron's Totem.
13. Teleport to the Lizardman Plains. Hunt Leto Lizardman Shaman until you collect Tonar's Skull, Tonar's Rib Bone, Tonar's Spine, Tonar's Arm Bone and Tonar's Thigh Bone.
14. Use SoE. Talk to Seer Pekiron and receive Tonar's Remains1.
15. Teleport to Giran. At the north gate find Seer Manakia, talk to him and receive Manakia's Totem.
16. North-east of the town hunt Medusa and Stenoa Gorgon Queen until you collect Hermodt's Skull, Hermodt's Rib Bone, Hermodt's Spine, Hermodt's Arm Bone and Hermodt's Thigh Bone.
17. Use SoE. At the north gate talk to Seer Manakia and receive Hermodt's Remains1.
18. Teleport to Dion. Talk to Seer Somak and receive the Vendetta Totem.
19. Teleport to Giran, then Hunter Village. North-east of the village hunt Tamlin Orc and Tamlin Orc Archer until you collect 13 Tamlin Orc Head.
20. Use SoE and teleport to Giran, then Dion. Talk to Seer Somak and receive Braki's Remains2, Tonar's Remains2, Hermodt's Remains2, Kiruna's Remains2 and the Warspirit Totem.
21. Teleport to Gludio, then Orc Village and run to the Cave of Trials. On the bridge drop into the water on the right, turn right at the fork and run to the very end. Find Ancestor Martankus, talk to him and receive the Mark of War Spirit. The quest is complete.
