KF2 Retro Look: Anti-Aliasing Off and Lowest Resolution Scale
A very short tip for players who like a chunky, old-school image in Killing Floor 2. It is about style rather than performance, though a lower resolution scale can also raise your frame rate.
Settings
- Open the game settings and go to the Graphics tab.
- Find Anti-Aliasing and turn it off.
- Set Resolution Scale to the lowest possible value.
You do not have to reduce other settings such as detail; the author says the retro look works without it. Expect a blurry, pixelated image, as the game renders at a lower internal resolution and stretches it to your screen.
If you want to go further with ini-based tweaks, see the FOV config page.
