KF2 Console Commands for Testing: Spawn, God Mode, Debug and Admin

A long-running community reference of Killing Floor 2 console commands for testing: spawning ZEDs, weapons, god mode, time and gravity controls, AI debugging and admin commands. Safe testing setup

Enable cheats, spawn one braindead Clot with SpawnZED Clot, and kill the rest of the wave. The wave then cannot advance, so you get unlimited time to experiment. Open the console with the tilde key (or F3 for the quick console).

Debug and animation commands

• SpawnDebugAI spawns a ZED with controllable AI. Type AI to see the AI commands, which only work with a Debug AI character.
• AIHuskFlamethrower, AIHeadlessWander (decapitate and wander).
• Playknockdown, Playstunned, Playrandomsumble force the matching animation on a ZED.
• HansGunsOut, HansGunsAway, HansNextPhase, HansGas control the Hans boss.
• FakeDramaEvent triggers Zed Time; nvzedtime 1 1 15 gives 15 seconds of it; nvenablezedtime 0 disables Zed Time.
• nvheadshot makes every hit count as a headshot; Noammo removes ammo; Autofire 1 fires once a second.
• BackgroundBlur 1, Camerapuke (bloat vision), ce benchmark (camera tour).
• show hitzones shows hitboxes (offline only). Pair it with displayall or getall kfpawn_zed(zedname) hitzones to read the health of each hitzone, useful for head HP. Prefer getall to avoid clutter.
• Pressing P after enabling cheats freezes the ZEDs.

Spawn names for Clots

Clotu is the Cyst, Clots the Slasher and Clota the regular Clot.

Admin commands

These work only when logged in as admin and may no longer work in recent builds. Log in with adminlogin <password>, run enablecheats, then prefix commands with admin. Mentioned commands: god, demigod, changesize, doshme, flame, fly, ghost, imrich, uberammo, setgravity, setjump, shotty, slomo. Server management: admin map KF-mapname, admin RestartMap, admin NextMap, admin adminsay message, admin PlayerList (writes to KillingFloor.log), admin Kick and admin KickBan. adminlogout logs out.
