KF2 ZED Resistance: What to Shoot With Each Perk (June 2016)
A community priority list, written for the Sharpshooter update and the resistance patch of 23 June 2016, that ranks how well each perk's weapons deal with the ZED roster. It is mainly useful in co-op, where you can choose what to engage; solo, you have to shoot everything. "High Priority" means the ZED is the most vulnerable to that perk's weapons. The list does not apply when you use off-perk weapons. Other charts on the topic: KF2 weapon type resistances by ZED and ZED resistances, weak points.

How to use it
- Pick targets by the table when you can: let each perk handle what it is best against and leave resistant ZEDs to teammates whose weapons suit them.
- The Firebug section is split in two because flame weapons and the Microwave Gun behave differently.
- The Medic row notes that healing is its main role; its high-priority list covers small ZEDs it can kill with its weapons.
FAQ
- What does High Priority mean in this list?
- High Priority ZEDs are those most vulnerable to the perk's own weapons, so they are the best targets for that perk. Low Priority ZEDs resist those weapons the most.
- Do the values apply to off-perk weapons?
- No. The list evaluates how resistant ZEDs are to each perk's weapons; when using off-perk weapons these values are not relevant.
- What is the best target for a Sharpshooter?
- Scrake, Fleshpound and Bloat are the high priority targets for Sharpshooter weapons in this list, while Slasher, Stalker, Crawler, Cyst and Alpha are the lowest priority.
